Deadlines
Statement of Substantial Interests (KSA 75-4302a): Due at time and place of filing for office. No later then 10 days after filing deadline (June 1st).
Committee Report ( KSA 25-901): Annual Report is required by December 31 if the committee has a balance in the fund.
State, County and First Class City Candidates
Candidates are required to file forms provided by the Governmental Ethics Commission (GEC). All expense forms will be mailed to the candidate after filing for office. Any question concerning these forms should be directed to the GEC at (785) 296-4219.
