Patriotic "VOTE" Apparel
Join us in celebrating patriotism and the opportunity to vote!! Make your own patriotic
statement by wearing your "Promote the Vote" apparel on every Election Day!!
Expressions Embroidery at 1794 E Kansas City Road in Olathe, KS, will embroider the "Vote" logo onto an approved piece of apparel. The logo features the American Flag Vote Logo in red, white and blue with
the word "VOTE" in a khaki color.
The fee to have the logo put on an item is $9.50 plus tax.
Please note that Expressions Embroidery no longer carries a supply of shirts; you must provide your own.

Lands' End offers a variety of apparel items which may be ordered directly with the embroidered "VOTE" and American flag logo applied.

The embroidery logo number at Lands' End is #0362357W. The flag is red, white and blue
with the word "VOTE" in a khaki color. For light colored items, the "VOTE" color
should be changed to the blue that is in the flag.
There is a $8.10
per item additional cost when applying the "VOTE" logo.
"Live to Vote" Wrist Bands
Voting is the right that serves as the basic foundation of life in the United States.
Free elections of a representative government are the cornerstones of our society.
In launching the "Live to Vote" campaign, the Johnson County Election Office recognizes the personal sacrifices that thousands have made to preserve this right for all of us. "Live to Vote" reminds us that voting isn't intended to be a choice, but rather something inherent in all of our lives.
When speaking to groups, Kansas Secretary of State Ron Thornburgh often challenges audiences through the words of author Leo Rostin: "The purpose of life is to count, to matter, to stand for something and have it make some difference that you lived at all."
Voting helps ensure that your life makes a difference. We encourage all adult citizens to register to vote and then participate in each election in their community.
To commemorate the "Live to Vote" philosophy, the election office has created special blue wristbands that can be purchased for $2 each (minimum order of 5). The bands come in youth and adult sizes.
