Precinct Committee - Filing Requirements
Filing Location
- Candidates file at the Johnson County Election Office, 2101 E. Kansas City Road, Olathe.
- Candidates are elected every two years in even numbered years with the election being held in conjunction with the August Primary Election.
- No fee is required.
- No petition is required.
- Form may be obtained from Democratic Headquarters, Republican Headquarters, Election Office or printed from this website.
- Filing Form - Candidate's Declaration of Intention
- Completed notarized form is filed with the Election Office.
