Reporting Guidelines for Ballot Questions

The Committee / Organization Report Form should be completed by any Committee or Organization formed to promote or oppose any proposition / question on a ballot.

File this report with the Johnson County Election Office on or before December 31 pursuant to KSA 25-901.

Reports received after that date will be delinquent.
