Ballot Question - August 2004 
Shall the following be adopted? Shall the City of Mission Hills, Kansas, be authorized to levy a one percent (1.00%) city retailers' sales tax within the City of Mission Hills, Kansas, and to use the revenue from this tax for general governmental purposes, this tax to take effect on January 1, 2005.
