QUESTION NO. 1
Shall the following be adopted?
"Shall Unified School District No. 230, Johnson/Miami County, State of Kansas, issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $12,505,000 to construct, equip and furnish a new elementary school building, including purchasing a site therefor, to make classroom additions to the middle and high school buildings and to remodel, repair and maintain the existing School District facilities all pursuant to K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 75-2315 et seq., and K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 72-6761?"
QUESTION NO. 2
Shall the following be adopted?
"Shall Unified School District No. 230, Johnson/Miami County, State of Kansas, issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,165,000 to construct, equip and furnish a new practice gym, locker rooms and training room at the high school and constructing two tennis courts adjacent to the existing tennis courts, pursuant to K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 75-2315 et seq., and K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 72-6761?"
QUESTION NO. 3
Shall the following be adopted?
"Shall Unified School District No. 230, Johnson/Miami County, State of Kansas, issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000 to purchase a site in the northern part of the School District to be used for future educational facilities pursuant to K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 75-2315 et seq., and K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 72-6761?"
