Ballot Question - November 2002

Shall the following be adopted?

“Shall the City of Roeland Park, Kansas, be authorized to levy a one-fourth of one percent (.25%) city retailers' sales tax, in addition to the one percent (1.0%) tax currently levied, within the City of Roeland Park, Kansas, and to use the revenue from the additional tax for public infrastructure projects including buildings, such additional tax to take effect on April 1, 2003, and to end on March 31, 2013?”
