"Shall the following be adopted?
Shall the City of Olathe, Kansas, be authorized to renew the levy of a one-eighth of one percent (.125%) City Retailers' Sales Tax, within the City of Olathe, Kansas, pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-187(e), and to use the revenue from the tax to continue to fund acquisition of and improvements to public parks and recreation areas; such tax to take effect on April 1, 2005, the day following the expiration of the existing one-eighth of one percent (.125%) City Retailers' Sales Tax and to end on March 31, 2015; such tax to be in addition to the one percent (1.0%) currently levied within the City of Olathe, Kansas?"

Shall Charter Ordinance No. 66, entitled 'A Charter ordinance exempting the City of Olathe, Kansas, from the provisions of K.S.A. 41-712 relating to restrictions on the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor; and providing substitute and additional provisions on the same subject allowing for the sale of alcoholic liquor on Sunday and all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, and establishing new hours for the sale of alcoholic liquor' take effect?"
