Ballot Question - April 1998

Shall the following be adopted?

Shall the City of Olathe, Kansas, issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 for the purpose of paying a portion of the cost of acquiring, constructing, furnishing and equipping an indoor aquatic center with bleachers having a total estimated cost of not to exceed $6,400,000, the balance of the estimated cost to be paid by the YMCA and such indoor aquatic center with bleachers to be located adjacent to the proposed YMCA facility in the City of Olathe, all pursuant to K.S.A. 10-101 et seq. and K.S.A. 12-1736 et seq.?
