Ballot Question - November 7, 2006

Shall the following be adopted?

"Shall the City of Fairway, Kansas, issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $4,900,000 to pay the costs of acquiring land for and constructing, furnishing and equipping a new city hall and public safety center to be located in the northwest corner of the Fairway Office Park, which office park is located between 55th Street and Shawnee Mission Parkway, and to do all things necessary and incidental to this acquisition and construction, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1736 to 12-1738 and K.S.A. 10-101, et seq.?"
