Ballot Question - November 1996
Shall the following be adopted? Shall Unified School District No. 232, Johnson County, Kansas (DeSoto), issue school district general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $57,500,000 for the purpose of (a) constructing, furnishing and equipping new elementary schools and a new high school, (b) equipment chasing sites for new school facilities, (d) building additions to existing school facilities, (e) providing new and upgraded computer and communication technology and (f) providing all necessary related improvements, all pursuant to K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 75-2315 et seq., and K.S.A. 72-6761?
