"Shall Charter Ordinance No. 18, entitled A Charter Ordinance Exempting the City of De Soto, Kansas from the Provisions of K.S.A. 41-712 Prohibiting Alcoholic Liquor Sales on Sunday and Certain Holidays, take effect?"
