Shall the following be adopted?
Shall Unified School District No. 231, Johnson County, Kansas (Gardner-Edgerton), issue school district general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $49,973,000 for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, furnishing, repairing, remodeling or making additions to buildings used for school district purposes including (a) a new middle school, a new alternative school and a new maintenance facility, (b) additions to existing buildings and facilities, (c) repairing, renovating, remodeling, furnishing and equipping existing school facilities, and (d) making other necessary improvements at school facilities, purchasing sites for school district purposes and paying fees and expenses incidental thereto, all pursuant to K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., K.S.A. 25-431 et seq., K.S.A. 25-2018(f), K.S.A. 75-2315 et seq., and K.S.A. 72-6761?
