Shall the following be adopted?

"Shall Unified School District No. 231, Johnson County, Kansas (Gardner-Edgerton-Antioch), issue school district general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $41,500,000 for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping, furnishing, repairing, remodeling or making additions to buildings used for school district purposes including (a) two new elementary schools and a new district office facility, (b) additions to existing buildings and facilities, (c) repairing, renovating, remodeling, furnishing and equipping existing school facilities, and (d) making other necessary improvements at school facilities, purchasing sites for school district purposes and paying fees and expenses incidental thereto including interest during construction, all pursuant to KSA 10-101 et seq., KSA 25-431 et seq., KSA 25-2018(f), KSA 75-2315 et seq., and KSA 72-6761?"
