Shall the following be adopted?
Shall Unified School District No. 232 (DeSoto), Johnson County, Kansas, issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $42,500,000 for the purpose of (a) constructing, furnishing and equipping two new elementary schools and new district offices, (b) constructing, furnishing and equipping additions to existing middle schools and other school facilities, (c) furnishing, equipping and improving existing school facilities, (d) providing new and upgraded computer and communication technology, (e) acquiring sites for school facilities, (f) providing all necessary and related improvements and (g) paying fees and expenses incidental thereto including interest during construction, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-101 et seq., KSA 25-2018(f), KSA 75-2315 et seq. and KSA 72-6761?
