Shall the following be adopted?

Shall the City of Spring Hill, Kansas, issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $6,000,000 to pay the costs of (a) acquiring a site for, constructing and equipping a new aquatic facility complex and all things necessary and incidental thereto and (b) improving the City’s Lake Side Park by constructing a pier/dock, acquiring land for and constructing an access road, landscaping and all things necessary and incidental thereto, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1301 et seq. and K.S.A. 10-101 et seq.?
