&lt;p&gt;Tuesday, April 5, is Election day in the cities of Bonner Springs, De Soto, Edgerton, Fairway, Gardner, Lake Quivira, Lenexa, Merriam, Mission Hills, Mission Woods, Olathe, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Roeland Park, Spring Hill and Westwood Hills. This election also includes all School Districts within the county, Johnson County Community College Trustees, Water District #1 of Johnson County, Merriam Drainage District, and Monticello Drainage District.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.&lt;/p&gt;

   <title>Advance Voting by Mail Began March 16th</title>

&lt;p&gt;Advance voting by mail began on March 16th for the April 5th Election in Johnson County. Applications are being accepted now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To vote by mail, voters may complete an Application for an Advance Voting Ballot by Mail then fax or mail it to the Johnson County Election Office.  The address and fax numbers are on the form. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;Applications also are available at public libraries and at &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.jocoelection.org&quot;&gt;www.jocoelection.org&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;Completed applications must be received at the Election Office before 5:00 p.m. on April 1st.  Your ballot must be returned to the election office by 7 p.m. on April 5th to be counted. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;If you applied for an advance ballot by mail and did not receive it, please call the election office at 913-782-3441.&lt;/p&gt;

   <title>Voter Registration Closed</title>

&lt;p&gt;Voter registration closed on March 21st for the April 5th Election.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Applications are available on the Election Office website at www.jocoelection.org.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;Completed applications should be signed and mailed, faxed or emailed to the Election Office at 2101 E. Kansas City Road in Olathe, Kansas 66061, faxed to 913-791-8934, or emailed to &lt;a href=&quot;mailto:registration@jocoelection.org&quot;&gt; registration@jocoelection.org&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;Applications must be postmarked on or before March 21st in order to be eligible to vote. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;To register, you must be a United States citizen, a resident of the State of Kansas, and be 18 years old on or before the next election day.&lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;You must include your Kansas driver's license number or the last four digits of your Social Security number on the application. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;If you change your name or address, or wish to change your party affiliation, you must update your voter registration by completing a new voter registration application. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;You may also register in person at any city hall, or pick up an application at the library or the Election Office. &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;To confirm that you are registered, go to Voter Lookup on the Election Office website at &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.jocoelection.org&quot;&gt;www.jocoelection.org&lt;/a&gt; and review the information. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Johnson County, Kansas voters may vote in advance beginning March 29th at the Johnson County Election Office.&lt;br /&gt;
  &lt;/p&gt;
  &lt;p&gt;&amp;bull;	Advance voting hours at the Election Office are weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Advance voting at the Election Office ends on Monday, April 4th at 12:00 noon.&lt;/p&gt;
