Shawnee Mission USD #512 Board of Education
The Shawnee Mission School District is served by 7 Board Members representing
the five district area positions plus two at-large positions. Elections are
held in odd numbered years. Board Members are elected to 4 year terms.
- Board Member Positions 1, 3, 5, and 7 (At-Large) will be elected in 2011.
- Board Member Positions 2, 4, and 6 (At-Large) will be elected in 2013.
- Terms of office begin July 1.
- Voters vote only for the board member position in which they live and for the at-large position in both the Primary and General Elections.
