Prairie Village City Officials
Prairie Village, a city of First Class, has six wards. Elections are held
in most odd and even numbered years. Prairie Village is served by a Mayor
and 12 Council Members, two from each ward. All are elected to 4 year terms.
- Mayor will be elected in 2011.
- Six Council Members will be elected in 2008.
- Six Council Members will be elected in 2010.
- Terms of office begin with and include the first regular meeting of the governing body following certification of the election.
