  • How to file, filing by fee or filing by petition, petition forms, petition requirements for 2006 elections only
  • Filing deadline is ten weeks prior to the general election at 12:00 noon

• Declaration of Intention (Filing Form) for City Candidates only - Printable Form

• Campaign Finance Report Forms - All required report forms in PDF format - Candidates should complete and sign the form(s), and return as directed on the instructions
