Shall the following be adopted?

Shall the city of De Soto, Kansas issue general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $2,650,000 to pay the costs of the construction and equipping of a municipal swimming pool to be located on a site owned by the City located south of City Hall and to demolish the existing municipal swimming pool and all things necessary and incidental thereto, all pursuant to the provisions of K.S.A. 12-1736 to 12-1738 and K.S.A. 10-101 et seq.?
