Shall the following be adopted?
“Shall the City of Leawood, Kansas, be re-authorized to levy a one-eighth of one percent (.125%) City Retailers’ Sales Tax, in addition to the one and four-tenths percent (1.4%) currently levied, within the City of Leawood, Kansas, and to use the revenue from the additional tax to fund an Accelerated Residential and Thoroughfare Street Improvement Program and to fund stormwater improvement projects which are not otherwise eligible for funding from other governmental sources; such additional tax to take effect on July 1, 2010, and to end June 30, 2015?”
